One on one Culinary Coaching Session with Holistic Chef Chris. Hands-on cooking and nutrition education where you will learn the fundamental elements of cooking. introduce to the pleasures of preparing and enjoying “real food” that is both nutritious and delicious. Coaching Sessions are 2 – 2 1/2 hrs long dependent on recipes. Sessions can be taught in or own kitchen or in The Food Adventurers Kitchen. Minimum commitment of 6 Culinary Coaching Sessions.
